Deciding to merge is an exciting next step for your business. Once the decision has been made, an integration plan must be initiated to bring the merger to completion. This means thinking of everything from due diligence to the final filings. If anything is missed in the process, it could mean serious delays or penalties for your organization.

This on-demand webinar covers what you need to know, so you can enter a merger and work through your integration plan with confidence.  Attendees will hear best practices and tips, ensuring a smooth end-to-end merger process.

Topics covered include general mergers, parent-subsidiary, triangular, multi-entry mergers, and multi-state transactions. Attendees will also learn about pre and post-merger issues and the various requirements needed for planning purposes.
