Tamara Kling has been a Government Relations and Regional Attorney with CT for over ten years. She has lectured on such topics as Merger Filings, Business Entity Formation, Maintenance and Termination and the Limited Liability Company. Along with other CT attorneys, Ms. Kling is responsible for maintaining a national database of business entity filing requirements.
