West Virginia — House Bill 2878, effective June 12, 2015, amends the Business Corporation Act by requiring that the Secretary of State establish a one stop web-based portal to facilitate interaction among businesses and state agencies for the filing of annual reports and payment of various fees, taxes and other amounts imposed by state law.
