The Society's 70th National Conference

Wednesday, June 22 – Saturday, June 25, 2016
The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs, CO

Join us for CT’s Learning Lab presentation at the National Conference:  Managing Post-merger Requirements.
Friday, June 24th
7:45 – 8:05am
Exhibit Hall – Breakfast Area

Learning Labs are a new Society tradeshow floor initiative.  They are concise exhibitor sessions which invite attendees to explore topics in high energy, “bite-size” segments. The Labs encourage networking and idea-sharing, providing a forum for cutting-edge material to supplement our standard programming.  If you have any M&A work, we’re certain you’ll find Mike’s interactive session fascinating.

Additionally, connect, communicate and collaborate with 750+ of your peers at the Broadmoor to celebrate the Society's 70th year! The National Conference is designed for corporate secretaries, in house and outside counsel, and governance professionals at public companies of all sizes, as well as private and nonprofit entities. Topics of interest for public and private companies of all types and sizes will be covered in breakout tracks. The agenda also includes a nuts and bolts track for those who want to refresh skills. Topics include SEC developments, activism, cybersecurity, minute writing, board composition, diversity and evaluations, executive compensation, litigation risks, proxy statement drafting and much more.
