Junior Achievement USA President and CEO Jack Kosakowski tells us how the new JA Company Program is poised to help teenagers understand and embrace entrepreneurship. Kosakowski explains how the program walks teens through the steps for responsibly starting a business and teaches them terrific life skills even if they don't become entrepreneurs. He also highlights the importance of mentorship and how it is a critical part of the new program.
