Arizona — House Bill 2447, effective December 31, 2016, requires the Arizona Corporation Commission ("ACC") to create a searchable database where information about certain filings can be posted as an alternative to publication in a newspaper for domestic and foreign corporations, domestic and foreign nonprofits, domestic LLCs, and certain domestic cooperatives with a known place of business in a county with a population of more than 800,000 (currently, that includes only Maricopa County and Pima County).
