Delaware — Senate Bill 69, effective August 1, 2017, amends the General Corporation Law regarding notices to holders of uncertificated stock, business combinations with interested stockholders, stockholder lists, stock ledgers, consent of stockholders in lieu of a meeting, notice to stockholders by electronic transmission, mergers, public benefit corporations, domestic corporation annual franchise tax reports and foreign corporation annual reports.
