Arizona — We're excited to announce that the Arizona Corporations Commission (the ACC) is about to upgrade their legacy system with an improved and enhanced online system that promises to reduce turnaround time and errors, and add new service offerings after go-live.  Arizona has worked on this project for over a year and invested heavily in its success.

However, in order to complete this upgrade, there will be some downtime.

  • E-filing and online certificates of good standing will not be available from Wednesday, May 16 at 5:00 pm MST until Monday, May 21 at 8:00 am MST.
  • Paper documents will be accepted at the ACC’s physical locations in Phoenix and Tucson until Friday, May 18 at noon MST.
  • The ACC’s website will be available for searching and viewing entity records up until Friday, May 18 at 5 pm MST.

We currently expect the system to be back up and fully functional on Monday, May 21st at 8:00am MST, but as with all new rollouts, there may be some last minute surprises that could modify this timeline.  Please plan your deals accordingly and reach out to your Service Teams for more information!
