The Delaware Division of Corporations is upgrading its computer system September 3 – September 8. As a result, no business entity or UCC filings can be made, and no searches or retrieval can be conducted from 4:30 p.m. ET Thursday, September 3 through 8:00 a.m. ET Tuesday September 8.
From Tuesday, September 8 through Friday, September 18 the Secretary of State will accept submissions under limited hours. Normal Delaware Division of Corporations hours and operations are expected to resume on Monday, September 21.
