The Delaware Secretary of State office will be closed on Wednesday, November 11th in observance of Veterans Day. CT’s operations will be open as normal.

• November 11th canNOT be obtained for a file date.
• NO Filing Evidence will be received on November 11th.

Corporate Documents

Can be obtained

• Good Standings, Certificates in Re, Plain and Certified Copies, Blank annual reports
• Names can be reserved
• November 11, 2015 can be used as a future effective date.
• Franchise tax payments can be paid
• To obtain the file date of November 11, 2015, prior arrangements must be made
  
  • Completed documents must be sent to CT Service Teams by Tuesday, November 10th
  • The SOS will process the document the day following their closure and will provide evidence prior to the close of business (Thursday, November 12th).
  • The SOS will charge the one hour ($1,000) expedite fee in addition to all customary disbursements for this transaction. +
• You can self-file Delaware annual reports through CTAdvantage.com for your 2014 annual reports.
• CT can file 2015 annual reports only if the entity will be dissolving, merging, or converting out of existence.

CanNOT be obtained

• Filing evidence will not be received on this day.
