Louisiana — House Bill 394, effective October 5, 2015, provides that name reservations will be allowed for partnerships and nonprofit corporations for a nonrenewable 120 day period.  In addition, the name reservation period for limited liability companies will be changed from 60 days to a nonrenewable 120 day period.
