Alabama — House Bill 54, effective May 14, 2015, amends the LLC law regarding governing law, rules of construction, distributions and application of the law to preexisting relationships. 

Nebraska — Legislative Bill 279, effective March 18, 2015, permits domestic and foreign LLCs and corporations that have been administratively dissolved or revoked for more than 5 years to apply for late reinstatement.

Alabama — The Alabama Secretary of State office will be closed on June 1st in observance of Jefferson Davis' Birthday.
