West Virginia — House Bill 2897, effective June 10, 2016, amends the Fees, Allowances and Costs; Newspapers; Legal Advertisements title by exempting residents under 30 years of age from the filing fees for incorporating or forming a domestic business or non-profit corporation, LLC, LP or general partnership of which the person is an incorporator, member or partner.
