Alabama — Senate Bill 229, effective September 1, 2015, requires the Secretary of State to develop a program for electronic filing of business and nonprofit entity documents and authorizes county probate judges to participate in the program.

New Hampshire — Senate Bill 266, effective January 1, 2016, amends the business entity laws.

North Dakota — Senate Bill 2252, effective August 1, 2015, enacts new sections of law relating to the role of the secretary of state in filing signed documents or records, permitting an agent to sign documents or records filed with the secretary of state, and providing a penalty for a person signing without authority.

Washington Senate Bill 5031, effective July 24, 2015, amends the Business Corporation Act

Minnesota — House Bill 385, effective August 1, 2015, amends the corporation and LLC act provisions regarding conversions.
